Shipping Policy

We ship motorcycle parts from our warehouse in Butler, PA to customers across the United States and internationally.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee)
  • Local Pickup: Available by appointment at our Butler, PA warehouse

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Most orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here's our policy.

Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

  • Item must be in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Installation hardware must be unopened
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components (once installed/tested)
  • Custom or special order parts
  • Parts that have been installed or modified
  • Clearance or "as-is" items

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important Note

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our parts. Here's what's covered:

  • New OEM Parts: Manufacturer's warranty applies (typically 12 months)
  • New Aftermarket Parts: 90-day warranty against defects
  • Used Parts: Sold "as-is" unless otherwise noted
  • Refurbished Parts: 30-day warranty

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the defective part.
